山東艾力達機械制造有限公司, 前身是東營洛斯特，成立于2018年5月，座落于山東省唯一一家綠色鑄造工業(yè)園: “許孟綠色鑄造園”內，占地面積12000平方米，擁有員工200人,年產(chǎn)量2000噸,是一家集熔模鑄造、熱處理、精密加工、表面處理（如：噴漆、拋光、拉絲、振動研磨、鍍鋅、鍍鎳）等生產(chǎn)技術與科技研發(fā)于一體的現(xiàn)代化專業(yè)生產(chǎn)型企業(yè)。艾力達致力于不銹鋼、碳鋼、合金鋼、銅等材質的鑄件的生產(chǎn)，主要產(chǎn)品包括建筑五金、汽車配件、泵閥配件、葉輪、船用五金及其它機械配件等。產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于建筑、機械、化工、船舶、醫(yī)藥、食品、水處理等行業(yè)，產(chǎn)品鑄造工藝先進、精度高、表面質量好、機加工配套能力強，并以具有競爭力的價格、較短的交貨周期、貼心周到的服務獲得國內外客戶的一致好評。大約90%的產(chǎn)品遠銷歐美、澳大利亞、日本、臺灣等國家和地區(qū)。

艾力達的鑄造、加工、檢測設備精良,全套熔模鑄造設備均從臺灣引進，射蠟機、蠟回收循環(huán)系統(tǒng)、全自動制殼懸鏈生產(chǎn)線、拋丸機、熱處理、數(shù)控車床、CNC、五軸加工中心、三坐標測量儀、輪廓儀、金相分析儀、粗糙度儀、漆膜測厚儀、光譜儀、X光探傷機、HB-3000布氏硬度計和拉伸試驗機均為國內外先進設備。

Shandong Aleader Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd., whose former name is Dongying Lostwax, was founded in May 2018 and located in “Xumeng Green Foundry Zone”-the only Green Foundry Industry Park in Shandong Province. Aleader covers an area of 12,000 m2 and has around 200 staff members, our output is about 2,000 tons per year.

Aleader is a modern and professional manufacturer and exporter dedicated to research, development, production, sales and service of investment castings including construction hardware, auto parts, pump & valve parts, impellers,marine hardware, and some other machinery parts in materials of stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, and brass, etc. We can supply castings in different conditions including heat-treated, precision-machined, and with some special surface treatments such as spray paint, electric or mirror-polish, satin, vibration grinding, galvanization, and nickel plating, etc. Our products are extensively used in the fields of construction industry, chemical machinery, shipbuilding equipment, medical industry, food machinery, and water & wastewater treatment industries, etc. Aleader prides on advanced casting technology, high accuracy, fine surface, strong machining ability, competitive price, short delivery and the most intimate and thoughtful services. About 90% of our products are exported to Europe, America, Australia, Japan and Taiwan and so on and has gained high praises.  

Aleader is well-equipped with advanced casting, machining, and inspection equipment. All sets of investment casting equipment are introduced from Taiwan. The wax injectors, wax recycling system, automatic chain shell -hanging production line, shot- blasting machine, heat treatment equipment, CNC lathe, CNC, five-axis machining center, CMM, profilometer, metallographic analyzer, roughness tester, paint film thickness gauge, spectrometer, x-ray flaw detector,HB-3000 Brinell hardness tester, tensile testing machine, and other equipment are all sophisticated technology at home and abroad.

Aleader constantly introduces many excellent professionals specialized in research, development, casting, finish machining, polishing, and inspection.
