The China International Exhibition Center (New Venue) is located in the Tianzhu Airport City on the banks of the Wenyu River in Shunyi District, Beijing, with a unique geographical location. It is adjacent to Capital International Airport, only 1.5 kilometers away, and is adjacent to the Tianzhu Industrial Development Zone and the green ecological corridor of Wenyu River. The planning site is within the public construction business park of the "airport city". The overall planning layout is inspired by the river, with the main axis of the exhibition hall inheriting the pulse of the Wenyu River, making the new exhibition center another green attraction on the Wenyu River ecological corridor. The entire building complex unfolds from south to north along the Jingshun Expressway, and there are two expressways, Jingcheng and Airport, running from both sides in the east-west direction. It is connected with two high-speed roads, the Fifth Ring Road and the Sixth Ring Road, in the north-south direction. The main entrances and exits of the exhibition venue are equipped with bus, taxi, and coach stops. In the urban planning, there is also a direct light rail line No. 15 leading to the exhibition venue, providing the most convenient means of transportation for the audience coming to participate in the exhibition from the city area.

The internal municipal transportation of the New China International Exhibition Center is connected with the external large-scale municipal transportation, which is convenient for gathering and dispersing. Motor vehicles have separate entrances to enter the exhibition hall, and various types of motor vehicles are arranged with their own driving lines, each going its own way without affecting each other.

As a key project of Beijing, the New China International Exhibition Center will become the largest exhibition facility with the best facilities in the country.

The New China International Exhibition Center project is planned to be built in three phases. Phase I and II cover an area of 200 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 660,000 square meters; Phase III covers an area of 70 hectares, with a total construction area of approximately 870,000 square meters. After the entire exhibition hall is completed, the available indoor exhibition area will reach 200,000 square meters, including 16 individual, single-story, column-free, large-space exhibition halls that can be divided or combined; the comprehensive supporting facilities have a construction area of 1,030,000 square meters, including a comprehensive commercial building (equipped with shopping, dining, fitness, entertainment facilities), hotel, business office building (including conference center, business center, technical exchange center, press release center, etc.), exhibition museum, and exhibitor apartments, etc.

Meeting Rooms: On the first floor of the comprehensive building is the meeting area, with one 300-person meeting room in the west wing, three 100-person meeting rooms, a press conference hall, fire control center, and offices; near the western end is the VIP area, which has an independent entrance and exit. There is one 200-person meeting room in the east wing, two 100-person meeting rooms, and several small meeting rooms. Near the traffic hall, there are shops, cafes, and business centers. At the eastern end, there is a customs inspection hall and accommodation, reception, and office facilities.
